At Benjamin Pro Audio we help our clients to create and treat the environments needed to produce, record, write and master in confidence. Each project is evaluated and considered individually and we work with our clients and their budgets to create their spaces. Where from the ground up or treating an existing space, we can help you. At the end of 2017 Benjamin Pro Audio was contracted by the Universal Music Group South Africa to build their new 140m2 flagship studio in Rosebank, Johannesburg. The studio comprises of 2 control rooms, a live room and vocal booth all completely floated and isolated from the surrounding offices in the open plan office.

The Academy of Sound Engineering has rapidly become South Africa's premier sound engineering school, since its establishment in 1997. Catering exclusively to the dedicated student who wishes to become an industry professional, the Academy accepts only limited numbers of candidates on each course.

It was designed and built from the ground up by Benjamin Pro Audio for Adam Howard. Studio 1 & 2 share the vocal booth and live room. Large windows were chosen so that there could be visual communication between Studio 1, The vocal booth, Studio 2 and the Live Room so that for large recording sessions, Studio 2 could be used as an isolated tracking space as well.

Fresh Cut Studios is a recording facility in Pretoria. We utilised the existing space to create a large live room and a comfortable control room. We mades custom "nested" QRD's for the control room to a wider a higher range of diffusion than a traditional QRD.

Before designing and building the 220m2 facility for his rebranding and expansion, Adam Howard contacted us to turn an additional space he had access to at his location into a 2nd post production and composition suite. We created a small isolation booth, built a custom desk and treated his new room for a neutral environment where he could work in while his main suite was in use.
